Abstract: Acute anterior wall ST elevation MI with reciprocal lead changes are associated with more extensive ischemic area or larger infarction & more complications. The present research was thus conducted to study the occurrence of cardiovascular events in ST elevation anterior wall myocardial infarction in the presence or absence of reciprocal lead ECG changes.
