Abstract: Forensic entomology/medico-legal entomology is a field of science that exploits data obtained from the study of the insects and related organisms for the crime inquiry. Its aim is to present evidence at both preliminary investigations and trials in criminal courts. Practical applications of this discipline of Scientific Police and Technique include assessing the time after death, transportation of the carcass after the crime, determining the cause of death (firearm, stabbing, toxins/drugs...) as well as detecting evidence of ante-mortem mistreatment of the elderly. The aim of our study was to deepen our knowledge of forensic entomology by observing the morphological/physical changes occurred during the evolution of corpse degradation process after death, in connection with the study of the diversity of the associated necroentomofauna alongside its parasitoïdism level. To achieve this, three combine experimental techniques were employed: visual observation of physical changes on the cadaver, capture of cadaveric insects by hand and mosquitoes net, and rearing of larvae in the laboratory until the emergence of adults.
