Abstract: A chronic inflammatory disease that manifests in a variety of ways and affects various clinical domains and tissues, including dactylitis, spondylitis, enthesitis, and arthritis is Psoriatic arthritis (PsA). A broad term that denotes any disorder of the peripheral nervous system (sensory, motor, or autonomic) is peripheral neuropathy. The early detection of nerve involvement will aid in the prevention of persistent neurologic sequelae, the enhancement of quality of life, and increase the possibility of long-term survival with reduced morbidity.
