Abstract: Lymphoma T nasal NK is a rare type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the ENT region. The diagnosis is based on the clinic and immunohistopathology. This type of lymphoma has a poor prognosis even under treatment at advanced stages, requiring multidisciplinary management. We report a case in a young patient whose evolution was fatal with a rapidly evolving and disfiguring character.
